huffman.zip removal

I will (try to) remove the link to the old Huffman encoding package huffman.zip and replace with a link to the current implementation, since the code in huffman.zip is not fully compatible (most likely since this commit from 2013 ). Trying to use the code from huffman.zip to decode traffic from current servers results in corrupted packets in about 1% of cases (especially big packets, eg. when querying servers with many players).
