Usage
Parameters
- team: Which team to give points to.
- points: How many points to give to the team. The teams are 0 = Blue, 1 = Red, 2 = Green, 3 = Gold.
- announce: Play an announcer sound ("<team> scores!"), and displays a message to all players.
