Shooting five hits in a row with any weapon, except for the Railgun.

Defeating your opponent in a duel or defeating everyone in a Last Man Standing round.
Termination
Fragging the terminator in the a Terminator game.
First Frag
Shooting the first frag in a Deathmatch game.

Successfully capture the enemy's flag.
Tag
Tagging the enemy's skull on your score pillar in Skulltag.

Returning your flag prior to your team scoring in a Capture the Flag game.
